All designs and sites purchased are valid for use by purchasing party/member of site only. They must not be distributed, sold, replicated and/or used in any way other than for intended promotional marketing purposes for direct product.
Any logos or third party images or likeness cannot be used in designs without proper legal rights. Purchaser is responsibile for any liabilities related to submitted content for designs.
Mockups will be provided and can be revised. A design is considered complete when all design files have been sent to purchaser. Any revisions required after completion can be purchased seperately.
Product price is for initial setup and basic features outlined in description. Additional features and services can be purchased seperately during mockup approval.
Refunds can be issued in certain circumstances, however administration fees will be deducted for any work completed on a project. Due to instant download, digital tools are not refundable.
BiziPOP Pro Accounts will remain active for the lifetime of the online access to the software.
Media Tech Creations retains the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
All design copyrights are retained by Media Tech Creations. All design purchases are a deposit.
